Issued by [[offtopic:Corditeman]] for useful ideas in his many TLs. It requires five nominations: His is normally the first nomination, the remaining four are by other people. Once the fifth nomination is in, the recipient can enter it into his or her sig. As a result, the CMII is somewhat restricted - only a dozen or so so far. Falkenburg was the first.
