Best known for writing an extensive timeline aimed at the impossible - a successful [[Sealion]] - albeit with an early POD. It is titled :

Also known as “Briiiiiits iiiiin Spaaaaace!”. Thus TL featured, as one might expect, more British involvement in space. In 2007, it won a [[alternate history:Turtledove Awards|Turtledove Award]] for "Best Late 20th Century Timeline".
