An informal role filled by a member whose purpose is for everyone else to look down on. Filled for a long time by [[offtopic:Straha]], but after his banning the Board has yet to find a longterm replacement, mostly because they keep getting themselves banned...

A most promising candidate was [[hypern]], but he was banned. However, as he comes back every two days - often in 5 different forms at once - hypern has continued to serve intermittently as LCD. [[HelloLegend]] is also sometimes considered LCD and recurs every so often. The most recent LCD was [[WyldCard4]], but alas, he too was banned.

An attempt to determine a new LCD was stopped by [[IAN]].
