A state bordering [[offtopic:Tennessee]].  It was going to be a part of the [[alternate history:Confederate States|CSA]] in the [[alternate history:American Civil War]], but alas, it got occupied. This state is known for its horse racing, mountains, and bluegrass music. Known across the world, perhaps rather unfortunately, for Kentucky Fried Chicken.
