He maintained a stockpile of crosstime bombs despite signing a treaty forsaking such weapons after defeat by an unknown power.  [[Ward]] attempted to pimp [[N-reD]] to Hank in order to get those bombs; N-reD clawed at his face and revealed that his mustache wasn't real. In any event, the bombs were stolen by Fallen overlord [[Mike Collins]] and his apprentice [[Molobo]] who later used them in an attack on the Hub.
