Dure is an [[Britain|British]] ex-member of the board, primarily remembered for his dismissive, insulting temperament and wondering about Queen Victoria in a Bikini.  After antagonizing [[offtopic:MacCaulay]] over the potential of Australia's nuclear capacity and [[offtopic:Hashasheen]] in a thread about Maori remains, Dure was banned to great acclaim by other posters.

Dure is not known for any positive works or contributions to this forum; indeed, he has insulted many other posters, including [[offtopic:Blue Max]], [[offtopic:Wanderlust]] and [[offtopic:Doctor What]] in addition to [[offtopic:Ian]]. while producing little other than insults.  He will not be missed.

Was suspiciously similar to [[offtopic:Tielhard]] in views, background and interests, but unlike Tielhard knew how to use the quote button.
