An [[USA|American]] member of the board from [[California]]. Joined in November 2008. Formerly known as **caspian88**

Primarily interested in the First World War. Also interested in baseball, heavy metal music, science fiction, and tabletop gaming (including board games). Member of AH.com's World of Tanks clan. Politically, Caspian is a registered Democrat and Hillary Clinton supporter. 

Caspian's projects include an [[https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1N9UgRZqT1JZVlHM1d5dW5iejA|occasionally-updated and expanded essay]] on French military history, whose purpose is to debunk the "surrender monkey" myth, which has been sent to two American politicians in recent years. Caspian has not written any successful timelines, but has a number of ideas (alternate baseball history and an improved Russian position to start the First World War).
