This [[Cabinet]] was appointed by [[Acting President]] [[Sargon]] on August 17, 2007.  In line with the [[Evil Party]]'s campaign promises for expanded bureaucracy, this cabinet was several times the size of its predecessor.  It was also the first to be divided into "Normal" and "Special Courtesy" posts.
