More commonly spelled as, e.g., 'nzai piraat jpaan', this is a parody (originally by [[Imajin]]) of the kind of nations that [[radical_neutural]] would claim in [[shared worlds:Mosaic Earth]] before he was banned. 

Since then, Nazi Pirate [[Japan]] has often cropped up as a running joke, not always directly related to r_n.
