Founded by [[offtopic:delawareconfederate|Evolved Lupine]] in October 2008, the ACSBNA is founded upon the protection of the practice of Balkanizing North America, a practice that has begun to become ridiculed by more narrow-minded people, which has created the need for a protective Society.
