Currently in the British Isles there are 4 separate nations, of whom 3 are included in the Empire as 'puppet states'. These are England, Wales and Ireland. While Scotland is a continuous problem for the Empire and has been the 'backwater' of Europe for a good long time.

Currently Norway, Sweden and Finland are united under a single government, they also hold Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. While Denmark is simply alone on the continent, acting as an effective barrier between the Nordic states and the Empire.

The largest Empire is of course the French Empire, which controls almost all of the European continent, alongside a huge colonial Empire.

My mother tongue is English, which has only been legally taught in the past 40 years. Though I am fluent in French of course (OOC: I'm not, so please don't speak to me in French).

The most influential country in Europe, Africa and North America is of course the French Empire. Though in Asia the most influential nation is Russia, which has kept the glorious French Empire from expanding from her still-relatively small holdings on the continent.

OOC: What do you mean by 'new world'?

Currently the French Empire (including her puppet and client states), the Kingdom of Prussia, the rump state of Austria-Hungary, the highly unstable remnants of the Ottoman Empire and Japan are all in one alliance. The United States aren't in an alliance, while Russia, China and the Anglo-Indian Empire are all in an alliance, trying to keep us (the French Empire citizens) out of Asia.

One world war occurred in 1956, in which only the United States and most South American nations didn't take part. At the end of the war the French gained swathes of land in Africa, but lost land in Asia.

Whose picture(s) do you have on your money?

Who did you vote for in the last election (if you have elections)?

What's the name of the current French Emperor (or head of state at any rate)?

I was kinda dissapointed with the other thread. I thought it was someone ripping off John Titor only with AH :(

In the Kingdom of England on our coins we generally have King Louis IV. On our notes though we have the Emperor of France on one side, with the Arch de Triomphe behind him and troops marching through it, while on the other side there are different people on different notes. Though on the 100 franc note there's an image of Emperor Napoleon I, the founder of the French Empire.

In the last election I voted for the 'Empire Party', the largest party in the Empire which gives England Prime Minister Cameron, while overall in the Empire the Prime Minister is of course the Emperors third son, Prince Louis.

The current French Emperor is Napoleon IV, and he's the head of state now. He used to be the head of government but after the world war Jérôme II went through a process of liberalizing the Empire, and thus decreased the powers of the Emperor heavily.
