Is it ok if I do a Greece election for October 4 2009 or is that not allowed?

No no no, it's completely fine. Go ahead :)

I honestly don't know much about Europe, so I need help in that front.

Cool! :)

North Korea:
November 4th: Kim Jong-Chul commences a speech broadcasted to all western nations and North Korean citizens promising a "hopeful future" for North Korea. Despite this position of power, Chul is apparently a figurehead for the putsch. Chul's personal beliefs are known by little-to-none of western reporters, and this is reportedly a deliberate effort by the North Korean putsch, to have a nonpartisan figurehead. Kim Jong-Un was the heir apparent until the coup happened, replacing his elder half-brother Kim Jong-Nam, who fell out of favor with his father over reformist efforts. Nam has also been reportedly invited back into North Korea to advise Chul. This follows reported protests over the removal of the Kims from power and Chul is supposed to represent a balance between the hardline nature of Un and the reformist beliefs of Nam.

January 3, 2011: Congress meets again. Among the prominent newbies is Beau Biden, who was elected to replace his father's seat (1).

67 Democrats + 3 Democratic-leaning Independents. Obama's administration, against initial expectations, will have an even more productive Congress after this. The 2011 budget had been agreed upon in late 2010.

January 19, 2011: The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) is introduced in the House. It aims to make union membership easier. Also, it eliminates Right-to-Work laws and repeals the Taft-Hartley Act of 1948.

January 29, 2011: The EFCA passes the House, 234-201.

February 28, 2011: The EFCA passes the Senate, 60-40. Some Red State Democrats vote against the law.

March 4, 2011: The EFCA is signed into law by President Obama.

March 29, 2011: The Enhanced Child Care and Family Protection Act (ECCFPA) is introduced in the House. It establishes Universal Pre-K and expands maternity and paternity leave to 150 days.

October 7, 2011: President Obama signs the EPA into law.

October 29, 2011: The Financial Protection Act (FPA) is introduced into the House. It aims to impose stringent financial regulations and reinstates all provisions of the Glass-Steagall Law, to prevent another financial crisis.

January 29, 2012: The Supreme Court upholds the mandatory Obamacare Medicaid expansion and federal cost-sharing subsidies to insurance companies in a 5-4 decision.

February 28, 2012: The Equitable Education Act (EEA) is introduced in the Senate by Senator Bernie Sanders. The Act establishes free tuition and fees in all public universities across the United States. It also eliminates the system school funding by local state taxes which was upheld in San Antonio ISD vs. Rodriguez in the 1973. Massive funds for eliminating school loans for students if they're already paying for 10 years, vocational, professional, and scientific funding are also included.

March 4, 2012-June 19, 2012: The Republican Presidential primaries are held. Mitt Romney wins on a moderate platform to counter the Democrats' success. He picks Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential pick to balance the ticket.

March 18, 2012: The EEA passes the Senate, 70-30.

March 29, 2012: The EEA passes the House, 265-170.

April 4, 2012: The EEA is signed by President Obama.

August 14, 2012: The Wages Protection Act (WPA) is introduced in the House. It aims to index the minimum wage to half of the minimum wage growth per year but flatenning in times of recession, and in effect, taking away the control of the minimum wage from Congress.

August 29, 2012: The WPA passes the House 219-216.

September 24, 2012: The WPA passes the Senate, 60-40. Some red state Democrats vote against the law, but some are kept in the aye side by Majority Leader Reid's leadership.

September 25, 2012: The WPA is signed by President Obama, a day before the first Presidential debate. By this time, Obama's approval rating is at 69%.

January 2 2012: As part of the Financial Protection Act, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is established, with oversight over financial companies, including banks, pay day lenders, credit union, securities firms, mortgage and foreclosure agencies. Elizabeth Warren is it's first director.

December 8th, 2009: Party primaries for the special election in Massachusetts are held. The Republicans nominate state senator Scott Brown. The Democrats nominate Congressman Mike Capuano.

I'll have more to add some other time, but just removing Martha Coakley's incompetence from the equation should help a bit.

Capuano just has to hire a different campaign manager:

Sebtember 30th 2012: A terrorist attack is reported in Naples. Over 3 people are dead and 27 wounded. Sources are traced back to a branch of Al-Qaeda. The Italian PM has stated a forceful response saying " These terrorists will accomplish nothing. They will not take our openness, our liberties, and our peace of mind."

September 26, 2012: The First Presidential Debates are held. Romney cites his good economic history in business and his moderate platform. Obama cites the progress achieve by his administrations over the past four years. In the end, Obama wins in the debate, as none of his achievements are assailable.

October 4, 2012: The Vice Presidential Debate is held. Vice President Biden, like President Obama beforehand, touts the success of four years of Democratic rule. Candidate Paul Ryan touts the fiscal irresponsibility of the Obama economic policies. Biden replies, "so policies that have lifted millions of Americans out of the greatest recession since the Great Depression, policies that have provided health care and equitable education for all, are irresponsible?" Biden is seen to have won the debates.

October 18: The second Presidential debate is held. Obama attacks Romney, especially for his time in Bain Capital and in supporting the failure of imperiled auto companies in 2008. "A man who advocates for the failure of the livelihoods of countless people must not be elected as President," becomes the most famous quote of the debate.

November 6, 2012: The 57th U.S. Presidential election is held. Obama wins in a landslide of 395 electoral votes compared to Romney's 143. In states that voted for McCain in 2008, such as Missouri and Arizona, higher margins among white working class voters push Obama over the edge.

Downballot elections prove to be landslides for the Democratics as well.
