As the tin says. The Yueshi do not flee west and displace the Saka who in turn invade Bactria and so on and so forth.

What can of worms gets opened here?

A great one. India and Persia, for one, are quite a lot changed.

Well in their desperation to gain a new homeland, the Saka did kill two Pahlavi Kings in succession ( Phraates II and Artabanus I) along with their armies.

If the Pahlavi don't have to deal with the Saka and the loss of two kings and armies, that will have serious consequences for the Seleucids at a particularly vulnerable time.
