I just thought of something that might interest those that want to do something with a Nazi US cold war: a third world war occurring in that time.
Now obviously it would be closer to Calbear's excellent Anglo-American Nazi War than any other WWIII TL, be they conventional, nuclear, or in between. I mean the Reich's military wouldn't be as advanced as the Soviet's ITTL while the US side would be more so than the Reich's but still not advanced as OTL's counterparts with the lack of Operation Paperclip and experience from the Western front of OTL. Not to mention that the US would have a nuclear advantage over the Nazis since, even if they are able to get some nuclear weapons, they could not be able to outnumber their opponent's; though I could imagine they could compensate with chemicals and bioweapons.
So with that out of the way how would this war develop in say at least a decade after the Reich defeats the USSR in the early to mid 40's and has a "ceasefire" with the Allies? or is there more to this admittedly little explored scenario?
