Part 1.1 - 31 August 1939 / 30 November 1939 - Invasion of Poland, the Phoney War
Hello! While I may have a bunch of ongoing projects already, I have recently worked on day-by-day WWII maps in QBAM, and here is where I'll post them. Not all will be posted, obviously, but some of them will as they are made. As for the rest, I'll probably post them in DeviantArt or make Youtube videos.

31 August 1939: A day before war breaks out, a false flag operation by Germany is made to justify the future invasion of Poland.

1 September 1939: The invasion of Poland begins.

15 September 1939: Despite their declarations of war, the Allies do nothing but minor offensives in the Saar. Meanwhile, German forces encircle Warsaw and the Siege of Warsaw begins.

28 September 1939: The USSR has joined in the invasion, occupying swaths of Poland. On this day, Warsaw surrenders.

6 October 1939: All organized armed resistance in Poland ends.

10 October 1939: Poland has been split, while all Baltic countries sign a treaty with the Soviets, allowing them to have bases there.

30 November 1939: The invasion of Finland by the Soviet Union, aka the Winter War, begins.

13 March 1940: The armistice takes effect. The Winter War is over.

31 March 1940: Karelia becomes an SSR.

9 April 1940: Operation Weserübung begins. Denmark surrenders within hours, while Norway is invaded in multiple cities.

14 April 1940: The German offensives to link the forces in Oslo and Trondheim begin.

21 April 1940: Lillehammer is captured by German forces.

29 April 1940: The forces from Oslo and Trondheim link up.

5 May 1940: Allied resistance in Southern and Central Norway ends.

10 May 1940: Fall Gelb is executed: land and airborne Wehrmacht troops invade the Benelux; Iceland is invaded by the UK in Operation Fork; Prime Minister of the UK Neville Chamberlain resigns and is succeeded by Winston Churchill.

I'll start posting all maps (day-by-day) in DeviantArt. Perhaps I could even make a video...

Already have found it, keep it up, until April i think you have it easy, then the fun starts.
 
Part 2.1: 11 April 1940/4 June 1940 - The Blitzkrieg Descends Upon the West
The first part of the Battle of France has been completed. I continue to upload images to DeviantArt, and I hope to catch up with the highlights I post here soon.

15 May 1940: The Netherlands surrender four days after Fall Gelb. Fighting continues in Zeeland.

19 May 1940: The breakthrough through the Ardennes has been accomplished, and the English Channel will soon be reached by the Wehrmacht.

21 May 1940: The German forces reach the English Channel, cutting off Allied forces near Calais, Dunkirk and Brugge.

26 May 1940: Operation Dynamo, the evacuation of Allied forces from Dunkirk, begins.

4 June 1940: The last French forces holding out in Dunkirk surrender, but a significant number of soldiers has been evacuated to Britain. Winston Churchill delivers his famous speech "We shall fight in the beaches".
 
Part 2.2. 5 June 1940/25 June 1940 - The Fall of France

10 June 1940:
German offensives continue in France. Italy declares war on the Allies, and Norway finally surrenders after the withdrawal of Allied forces from the country.

14 June 1940: Paris is captured by German troops after being declared an open city.

18 June 1940: The Appeal of 18 June, a radio address by Charles De Gaulle, signals the beginning of Free France and the French Resistance.

25 June 1940: Philippe Petain approaches Hitler for an armistice. The deal includes German occupation of already occupied territories in the North and the entire coast, while the rest of the south remains under the right-wing government of Petain. French colonies also remain under the new French government for now.
 
Part 2.3: 26 June 1940/16 September 1940 - Battle of Britain
Since the Battle of Britain doesn't really have territorial changes, enjoy Romania slowly shrinking and Italy "invading" Egypt.

30 June 1940: The Soviet occupation of Bessarabia and North Bukovina is completed.

21 July 1940: The Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian SSRs are established.

2 August 1940: The Soviet-occupied territories in Bessarabia and North Bukovina are organized into the Moldavian SSR or subdivisions of the Ukrainian SSR.

30 August 1940: The Second Vienna Award is signed, granting Northern Transylvania to Hungary.

7 September 1940: The Treaty of Craiova is signed while Romania is withdrawing from Northern Transylvania, giving Southern Dobruja to Bulgaria.

13 September 1940: The Romanian withdrawal is complete. Italy captures Sollum in Egypt.

16 September 1940: The Italian invasion of Egypt is concluded.
 
Part 3.1: 17 September 1940/9 February 1941 - The War Comes to the Mediterranean
I have finished the maps up to the German invasion of the Balkans, and they are slowly getting up on my DA page. In the meantime:

14 November 1940: After the maximum penetration of the Italian invasion of Greece, a Greek counter-attack begins.

23 November 1940: Romania joins the Tripartite Pact (Hungary joined on the 20th).

9 December 1940: Operation Compass, the British offensive in Libya, begins.

28 December 1940: Greece stops major counter-attacks in Albania.

10 January 1941: Klisura Pass is captured by Greek forces in Albania. Large advances in Albania stop from that point onwards.

Part 3.2: 10 February/5 April 1941 - German Interference in the Mediterranean

1 March 1941: Bulgaria joins the Axis.

25 March 1941: The first German offensive in Libya, Operation Sonnenblume, was launched on the 24th. This day, Yugoslavia joins the Tripartite Pact.

27 March 1941: A coup d'etat in Yugoslavia overthrows the pro-Axis government.

1 April 1941: A group of officers in Iraq overthrows the pro-British government, establishing a pro-German one.

5 April 1941: Just a day before the German invasion of the Balkans, Benghazi is captured by the Afrika Korps.
 
Part 3.3: 6 April/1 June 1941 - The Balkans Fall, Anglo-Iraqi War

6 April 1941: Germany launches the invasion of Yugoslavia and Greece. Operation Sonnenblume continues.

12 April 1941: Belgrade, the capital of Yugoslavia, is captured by Axis forces coming from all sides. The siege of Tobruk has begun.

17 April 1941: The government of Yugoslavia surrenders, as the entire country is under Axis control.

30 April 1941: Mainland Greece is now fully occupied, and a puppet government takes control. However, they barely do anything and the nation is still de facto occupied.

2 May 1941: The pro-German dictatorship in Iraq cuts off British forces at RAF Habbaniya, starting the Anglo-Iraqi War.

11 May 1941: Habforce departs from Haifa to reach the base in Habbaniya and link up with the forces there.

20 May 1941: The Battle of Crete begins with an airborne invasion of the island. Just a couple of days ago, in Iraq, Habforce achieved their goal.

1 June 1941: Crete now falls under complete German control. However, at the same day, the Anglo-Iraqi War ends in an allied victory and a pro-British prince is placed on the throne of the country.

That has been the next update. Soon there will be a short update with the first half of the Syria-Lebanon Campaign, and then BARBAROSSA! That will take some time...
 
Part 3.4: 2 June/21 June 1941 - The Syria-Lebanon Campaign begins
Sorry for the delay, I have been busy with other projects. Anyway, Barbarossa is coming soon(TM).

8 June 1941: The Syria-Lebanon Campaign, the invasion of pro-Axis Vichy Syria by the UK and Free France, begins.

15 June 1941: The UK starts Operation Battleaxe to relieve forces besieged in Tobruk. Minor advances are made, but the aim is not reached and the operation is considered a failure.

21 June 1941.png

21 June 1941: Just one day before the largest land invasion in history, Operation Barbarossa, Allied forces capture Damascus.
