WW2 Without the Pacific conflict

So I was thinking about people's ideas about WW2 without the USA. I personally think that the USSR and Britain would have won the war, it just would've taken longer. But then I got thinking, what if there was no asian conflict at all. Have Japan be completely at peace with her neighbours. Would Britain's ability to mobile her Asian empire make a significant difference in the outcome of the European conflict. How many Indian, and ANZAC brigades could she mobilise? Would being able to send the ships left to protect India to the Atlantic make a difference in the Atlantic war? In other words, what if WW2 had the same Geo-political environment of WW1?

Probably keeps America out longer, although the US will probably still be active in Economic assistance and the Atlantic war. But just humour me and pretend it does, or at least keeps her out until the last moments like WW1.

It prolongs the war. The US coming in helps GB far more than Japan coming out. The war may last as long as '48 or '49.

The USA not being in the war (assuming they still provide LL), doesn't change the fact that the Soviets will win on the Eastern Front. If they don't provide LL, the Soviets will still win on the Eastern Front, but they likely won't be able to launch a motorized counter-offensive into the Reich for a long time (unless Germany flushes entire Army Groups down the toilet...granted they nearly did that on two separate occasions.)

But my question was the UK with the resources from a peaceful Asia, can they launch a D-day by themselves? Does having troops from India(likely requiring a clear promise of Independence after the war) and the Troops from Australia and New Zealand does that tilt the balance of power enough in Britain's favour to end the war in 1945, when it ended in our TL, or does the war last till 46 or 47?

NZ and Australia are still pretty small, population wise at this stage.Australia had about 6.8m and NZ about 1.6m population, so that is not a huge amount.

I think NZ contributed two full infantry divisions (tried for a third but could not sustain it) and Australia four or more (not sure about this last figure). They contributed a lot of aircrew and to other services too.

Without Pearl Harbor the U.S. and Germany would have been at war within a year.

Sooner or later a U-Boat was going to hit something that would push the American public over the edge (it almost happened IOTL with a u-boat just missing getting a shot at USS Texas).

If that happens the war is considerably shorter as the US is not distracted by the Pacific.

Could see Finland ending up amongst the allies, what with the Lapland War and all, although Lack of US support could see Mussolini remaining in power.
