After a certain point, this is impossible. Kursk is a good place to draw the line: after that, the Russians were going to hit Berlin before anyone had the capacity to hit it with the Bomb.

You'd need to change things sufficiently far back to make it the only way to break the Atlantic wall.

They couldn't. Germany controlled very little of its own territory at the time of its surrender. I think this map is fairly accurate (someone correct me if its not). Blue is German-controlled at the end of the war:

The remaining portions of Europe under German control are further invaded and defeated by Allied troops, suffering horrendous casualties in the process. There are no remaining targets that would be considered worthy of nuclear attack.
 
Besides, what would the point be in nuking a bunch of rubble anyway?;)
Everything in Germany worth nuking was already flattened by regular bombs; nukes would be a bit overkill.
