I remember a few years ago reading in a British Paper that Hitler wanted Britain as an Ally rather than An enemy during WW2!!! If this is true I wonder how WW2 would've panned out had Britain accepted such a deal
It could have been possible if Hitler's blatant betrayal of Munich had not discredited appeasement. Such a deal was certainly possible but it required three things, all of them essentially requiring somewhat greater political savy and more moderate objectives in German leadership: a) not to invade Bohemia-Moravia in 1939 b) to be able to manuever the Polish crisis so as to cast at least part of the blame for the crisis and the possible war on Polish intransigence c) if an local German-Polish war occurs, to be willing and allow the core of the Polish nation (Congress Poland) some kind of autonomous existence as a satellite state instead of pursuing ruthless ethnic cleansing and colonization of the whole area.
If such a moderate policy had been pursued, I see no difficulty in the appeasement policy being validated and blossoming in full-fledged Anglo-German detente.
and Managed to gain some sort of peace deal with Japan as well in order to protect Britains Asian terrorities?
Well, a UK/France/Netherlands which are not engulfed in a major war with Germany are by themselves a rather less tempting target for Japan expansion. The key to a successful detente between the Western Democracies and Japan is the lack of an embargo on Japan because of his invasion of China. Had not the USA imposed such an embargo or had the UK & co. refused to apply it as well, Japan would probably kept focusing on China, or at most backstabbed the URSS when (if) the German-Russian war had erupted.
I know My senario is probably an ASB but I do wonder if such a thing happened during ww2 would Hitler have Invaded Russia eariler?
IMO it is rather doubtful that the Wehrmacht could have been able to invade Russia with a decent chance of success before 1941. Of course, without a war on a western front in 1939-40, all of Germany's resources may be focused on preparing Barbarossa, and they are free to attack in late May 1941. Assuming that Stalin does not decide to attack first.
IMO a war with the URSS could only erupt earlier if Stalin gets really aggressive and singled out as the really dangerous aggressor, so both Germany and Britain turn on him. This depends on whether he decides to lay low or to make preemptive strikes when he sees the strategic Anglo-German detente closing ranks against them. If he lays low, all is quiet in Europe, after Poland has been beaten down in submission, with increasing tension between Germany and URSS, until Barbarossa. If Stalin makes moves against Finland or Romania or Turkey and gets Britain declaring war on him as result, then Germany would certainly exploit the situation and DoW as well.
All of this assuming that Mussolini does not do something rash to mess the situation of Europe even further.
Would America have also been kept outa the war
Without Pearl Harbor, certainly. If Britain does not pick a fight with Germany, Roosevelt's hate of Nazi Germany would just remain his own private obsession, with no feasible outlet.
or would Japan have still bombed Pearl Harbour in December 1941?
See above. In this situation, it is more likely that Japan would rather backstab the URSS, when (if) another great power goes to war with it, or keep focusing on beating China into submission. ITTL, the undivided might of UK, France, and USA teaming up on Japan is something to give pause even to the most megalomanic of Japanese imperialists.
Please tell me if this is an ASB or not?
No, but it requires a German leadership having rather more politcal savy and moderation about their plans of imperialistic expansion than OTL Hitler.
