WW1: 20th Corps buckles earlier at 2nd Battle of the Masurian Lakes

I saw this PoD in The Great War Youtube Channel's Week 30, and I didn't find it discussed here.

Instead of holding out for 3 more days after the Germans encircle them on February 18, giving the rest of the Russian Tenth Army time to reform, Indy Neidell's "what if?" happens and the 20th Corps surrenders sooner.

1) How much sooner could luckier Germans have forced their surrender, or demoralized Russians given it up?

2) How much more of the Russian Tenth Army can the Germans take out without this stand?

3) Does this butterfly the rest of the Eastern Front significantly, or do the Germans somehow waste their gains?
