Heyman has said several times in the past that he thinks TNA is WWE-lite so he wouldn't sign on.What if TNA had signed on Heyman instead of Hulk and Bischoff?
They actually were in talks before they went for Bischoff and Hogan.Heyman has said several times in the past that he thinks TNA is WWE-lite so he wouldn't sign on.
Really tempted to do a TNA thrives TL as I know I could book TNA better than they do now.
Any real wrestling fan could book TNA better than they do now.
From August to December 2009, TNA was really on a roll. Come January 2010, Hogan and Bischoff appear on the scene and TNA starts taking two or threes steps back for every stop forward.
I would be interested to see a thriving TNA TL if you do one.

I have to say that I don't think Heyman would have been a good fit for TNA. One of the big problems with the company is Vince Russo and not Eric Bischoff or Hulk Hogan. All that said, I think TNA can still build on what they have now. I've considered writing a TNA Thrives timeline a few times, but I never could decide which year would be the best place to start. Perhaps the beginning? Who knows?
Been a long time since I watched wrestling, I thought Flair had retired?
I see TNA trying to be the new "hardcore" wrestling because WWE is trying to become more family friendly. Lots of foul language and sexual inuendo reminds me of ECW and the Austin, DX era of WWF. That may change now that Linda McMahon is no longer running for US Senate.
