Would Protestant Poland encourage immigration from Western Europe?

Throughout the 16th-18th centuries, various countries like Netherlands, England, Prussia, the American colonies, and even Russia (though obviously not Protestant) became destinations for Protestant migrants of various denominations. If Poland became Protestant or Reformed during the 16th century, would it have ended up with a significantly higher population than what it ended up having IOTL? Or would it be a marginal change? What would Poland's settlement policies be like?

IOTL even Catholic Poland attracted Protestant immigrants (even English Protestants escaping rule of Bloody Mary) especially Czech Protestants escaping Habsburg presecutions. It was Deluge that changed things-Protestants were accused for collaboration with Swedes.
