Would North Korea ally with Romania if Nicolae Ceaușescu won

ITTL Nicolae Ceaușescu wins and stops the revolt and continues the communist path. Would North Korea and Romania Become Allies or would they ignore each other?
How would this impact international relations? Would Air Koryo have flights to Bucharest?

Pretty sure this is already OTL, Romania became very close to North Korea after Ceausecu visited them in the 70's, closer to each other than either was to the Soviet Union or even to China.

communist romania can exist on its own and Ceausesceau could have lived to atleast 2000 also he had already appointed a succsesor like north korea.

Only if they have a sugardaddy next door the way North Korea has the PRC, with the only possible one being a Soviet Union, where the August coup succeeded and the strongmen in power decided to copy the Chinese model with a market economy and a nominally Communist Party in power.
