Would Khrushchev have handled Korea Differently

Just for the sake of the imagination what would have happened had Nikita Khrushchev come to power around the time the Korean War had begun? Would Khrushchev approved of the Chinese intervention? Would there be more of an open involvement of Soviet troops i.e fighter pilots, ground advisers maybe generals such as Georgy Zhukov. If the Chinese follow the actual time line would there be a possibility of them defeating the UN forces and taking the whole Korean Peninsula? What do you think?

Nikita would not have approved the DPRK's invasion in the first place. He was terrified of the possibility of a nuclear war with the West and that fear would have been even worse while the fUSSR lacked the means of retaliation.

This. Khrushchev wouldn't have given the go-ahead for the North to invade in the first place, especially since China isn't as close an ally without Stalin around, so the Soviets can't necessarily count on Beijing's help if things go sour.

Khrushchev would have stuck to the peace terms. There would still be two Koreas, but there wouldn't have been that horrific war.
