Worst Nazi and Soviet Communist

You mixed those names up. Molotov was the second most prolific killer in Stalin's inner circle, followed by Kaganovich and Voroshilov. Molotov and Kaganovich were actually the main drivers behind the horrors of Collectivization.

Really I'm sure it was Kaganovich whotook the lead on that along with local bosses in the SSR's themselves.

Malenkov did have blood on his hands, but not nearly as much as those first four, and most likely not as much as Beria and Yezhov. Malenkov didn't arrive on the scene until after WWII, which is well after the massive blood lettings of Collectivization and the Terror.

He wasnt a member of the Politburo under after WW2, but he was a member of Stalin's inner circle and did a lot of the Boss's dirty work.

Most of the stuff Beria gets blamed for were actually done by Stalin. Khrushchev, Molotov, and Malenkov started shifting Stalin's crimes onto Beria so 1) Uncle Joe wouldn't look bad (yet), and 2)they needed to legitimized booting him out and executing him.

Not to say that Beria wasn't a sick and twisted monster in his own right, but he's definitely not worse than Stalin.

Indeed, but if his rep hadnt been so bad to startwith those others likely wouldnt have managed to pin the blame on Beria.

When off the clock, Beria moonlighted as a serial rapist, no? All of the other figures here at least committed their atrocities as part of their "day job," with the exception of that lunatic Dirlewanger (who, I am not mistaken at least got his deserts after the war when some Polish Legion soldiers got their hands on him.)

I think this is interesting sine it suggests that had they been born in a different time or place, even figures such as Eichmann, Hess or Himmler would have functioned as relatively normal, law abiding citizens. Kind of odd that "sane" people seem to commit most of the worst atrocities.

I'm skeptical of the charges levelled at Beria. There really isn't much evidence to corroborate them, and really only came out because of the palace coup against Beria.

Hitler and Himmler, obviously. Of the Nazis' lesser lights, Kaltenbrunner was evil even by their standards: arrogant, cruel, no conscience and heavily involved in the final solution.

For the communists, I can't think of anyone who comes close to Stalin, although his post-war East European stooges (Gottwald, Bierut et al.) deserve a mention.

Hess wanted to let some German Jews keep their citizenship (ww1 vets and their children)... there are much larger bags of douche to pick from in the nazi regime
You're confusing Hess with Goering. He's the one who gave the order to leave all decorated WW1 vets alone.
