Worse Possible USA Generals vs Best CSA Generals Possible

Which matchups by theater would be the worse possible world for the Union cause?

For example, Buell vs. Bragg in Kentucky is probably a disastrous combo.

Did I read this correctly?

I meant this as beginning assignments. I think Buell would react too slowly in the beginning parts of the war.

Butler in charge of any front at the beginning would be bad.

How about General-in-Chief Fremont?

EDIT: Sorry, meant TN, at Shiloh for one. A proper advance of Grant would've done proper damage.

Just to note, Burnside beat Longstreet in OTL.

Thus saying "Many". Speaking as a Longstreet fan, that - no matter the reasons why - was a terrible campaign on his part.

Also, given that the only area of the battlefield (at Fredericksburg) the Union succeeded to any extent at was against Jackson's lines . . .

Stonewall vs. Burnside sounds like a recipe for humiliation - for Stonewall.
