Worldwide Effects of WWI "East First"

I've wondering how a German focus on Russia and delayed Britsh intervention could affect countries outside of the Entente and CP. Is Ottoman involvement still going to happen? I'm guessing Italy will stay neutral if the Allies seem to not be doing well, with the Balkans I'm unsure.

Delayed British intervention will probably result in a delayed Japanese intervention, with knock-on effects in China and east Asia.

Diminished submarine warfare in the Atlantic could dampen down calls for American intervention, though how much the election of 1916 will be affected I'm not sure.

The situation with Russia is greatly important as well. If Russia is able to make peace by about 1916, the Tsar could manage to keep his throne, if only just, provided more democratic reforms are made. It goes without saying that a blunted Russian Revolution will have massive effects on the world.

How long France will bash itself against Alsace-Lorraine before pulling a Leeroy Jenkins into Belgium, I'm not sure.

A delayed British entry:
a) No Goeben - Breslau in Constantinople, probably end up in Pola, maybe in Germany, along with Russia under pressure means no need for Turkish intervention.
b) Germany has time to mobilize naval reserves, perhaps fit out more merchant raiders and get them on the high seas before the British declare war. So maybe some drama with Neutrals as the Germans try to keep these supplied.
c) Italy will be Neutral as long as Britain is.
