As in WW, there are landings throughout Africa. Can we expect anyone to withstand the Lizards here where in WW they did not? I'm thinking of the changes in South Africa and Egypt, especially with Egypt buying Bulgarian jets and what-not. Jets were a big deal in WW, and in Eleventh Hour they are ready and available right now.
In Asia, there are landings in Siberia (which I doubt the Russians will do anything about while the Japanese and FER fight them off), Mongolia and multiple landings in China and India. I believe the Lizards will suffer slightly more than in WW in India: the Chinese and Japanese aren't divided against themselves, they'll be able to cooperate, the China has a national government. Then again, the countries aren't mobilized, but, the Chinese won't sympathize with the Lizards for 'liberating them from the Japanese invaders'. They could face a pretty bad insurgency movement from the beginning. As for India, there is a lot more militarization there, along with the Bengal War. It might be that the Race will be turned back there as well.
For North America, the Race land all along the Mississippi River, with concentrations in Indiana and Ohio. Mexico is also attacked with seperate landings.
South America suffers an Africa treatment: landings pretty much everywhere, and its very probable that the South American nations don't have any advantage that set them apart from the original scenario.
Europe is a different situation: there were concentrated landings in Poland and the Ukraine placed there strategically to cut the German supply line in Barbarossa. The Race liked dividing and conquering... that is, creating a line splitting forces in two, such as along the Mississippi. That is also a reason why they chose the Baltic-Black Sea area to concentrate their forces: they wanted to cut Europe off from Asia. However, they'll likely have less of a concentration, with maybe just one large landing in Polish Galicia. There are also landings, as in WW, in southern France and Italy, which might have more troops without the boost for the Eastern Front.
It seems like there were landings in the Middle East and Australia as well. Both seem like ITTL they will do slightly better, especially the Ottoman Empire.
The problem is mobilization... who exactly was mobilized right now? That'll be horrible for the human powers. While jets are available, as are more advanced chemical weapons and the elektroboote subs, tanks aren't as developed, nuclear technology isn't either (a huge boone in the war) and various other things.
Any other followers have some ideas?
EDIT: Would someone kindly re-position this to the ASB Forum. Sorry!

"What would you have us do?" Straha said. "Boost for home, having accomplished nothing?"
"It is within the Fleetlord's power." Kirel said stubbornly.
He was right; abandoning the invasion was within Atvar's power. No censure would fall on him if he started back -- no official censure. But instead of being remembered as Atvar Worldconquerer, an epitaph only two in the history of the Race had borne before him, he would go down in the annals as Atvar the Worldfleer, the title he would be the first to assume, but hardly craved.
His the responsibility. In the end, his choice was no choice. "The awakening and the orientation of the troops has proceeded satisfactorily?" he asked the shiplords. He did not need to hear the hisses of assent to know the answer to his question; he had been following computer reports since before the fleet took up orbit around Tosev-3. The Emperor's weapons and warriors were ready."We proceed." he said. The shiplords hissed again.
Imperial killercraft drop nuclear bombs above capital cities. Now, I might need to talk to Grey Wolf, but I'm pretty sure humanity in the Eleventh Hour are not ahead of OTL at the time.
