World War I Against Franco-Russian Alliance

This thread is a continuation of my previous thread about German Neutrality during World War I: https://www.alternatehistory.com/discussion/showthread.php?t=348088

One possibility repliers suggested was, if Germany stayed neutral, France, Romania, and Russia would have dismembered Austria-Hungary. As a result, the United Kingdom would have aligned with Germany to maintain the balance of power in Europe. This scenario plays off of that idea. I wasn't sure how to partition the Balkans with the fall of Austria-Hungary but, my idea was: Austria and Hungary with OTL post-WWI borders, Romania conquering Transylvania and achieving OTL post-WWI borders, and the West and South Slavic countries that constituted OTL Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia becoming client states of Russia. The Entente to oppose France, Romania, Russia, Bulgaria, and Russia's client states would consist of the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Albania, the Ottoman Empire, China, and Japan. Greece is a difficult case. Though the Greeks had a pro-British monarchy, Greece was destabilizing Albania, which would have lead to Greek confrontation against Albania and Italy. Also, Greece would have probably wanted to assist the Russians against the Ottomans. What would be the United States' attitude towards the war? Your input is greatly appreciated!

The problem is that the inevitability of Austria-Hungary falling to France+Russia is exactly the reason the Germans can't stay neutral. Why should they, when they'll for sure have to face the same countries sometime later, and the British may or may not be willing to help them? Better to face up to the Entente with a real ally, and not a fair-weather one.

My favourite scenario is Germany and Russia allied against France, the Ottoman Empire and the UK. Originally I assumed that AH would be in alliance AGAINST Russia and Germany, but some others argued that they would not dare to take om both Russia and Germany at the same time and might try to remain neutral, although then they would probably have to give up their goals on the Balkans, including Bosnia-Hercegovina.

Except the Austro-Hungarians would surely back off and come to some sort of settlement if Germany told them to go fuck themselves. The only reason they felt so confident confronting Russia was because Germany guaranteed them that they'd back them up.

So, would they be neutral or an allied with both Germany and Russia? And would they give up any claim on Bosnia-Hercegovina? Would there be anything to gain for them to be alliied with the two neighbours or would they try to stay neutral?
