Working on an AU map, I might need some assistance on a specifric detail.

This is for an AU for Steven Universe, specifically a map of Earth before the Gems arrived. The specific detail I'm unsure about is the Tunguska sea.

I need to know what exactly it is and if I should leave it or remove it?
