With a POD of 1800, have Egypt be a rich, stable democracy by the modern day

As an added challenge, modern Egypt must have a minimum GDP per capita of $35,000, although anything higher is certainly acceptable.

Keep monarchy around and allow Egypt peaceful development towards consitutional monarchy. Not necessarity as democratic than European nations but at least level of Morocco/Jordan.

That’s gonna be pretty hard especially as the 1948 War’s loss was blamed on the monarchy making them pretty hated both in the military and the people.

Don't have Egypt be colonized to begin with. Let it mondernize and pursue its own political development instead of those things being forced upon it.

Colonized by who? In 1800 Egypt had been an Ottoman colonial possession for centuries and with an 1800's POD there's not a feasible non-European leader without some major butterflies. Even Muhammad Ali was an Ottoman Albanian who used the power vacuum of the French invasion to break away from Istanbul.

Egypt was in an upstart position then. It was just switching hands between Arabs and Turks(and their subject peoples). My best bet is having a better British Empire who would concentrate on development of colonies by using Solar power,more planned development and more importantly,a less sense of Colonizer superiority complex.
