Wif Sebastion de Vaubon never excisted

That's right Wif one of the worlds greateast Military Engineer was never born, how would Louis XIV fare and how different would France be from O

TL. He was a genius who developed the best forts which made France impentrable, creator of Parrelel Trenches, a superb Military engineer.... Indirectly he would also butterfly away revoulution because he was the guy who proposed a treatsie to Louis taxing the nobles which was rejected but brought up 150 years later and due to his fortifications France wasnnever invaded for over 150 years and the war always went outside France how diferwnt would the world be.....

Well the advances that he made in military architecture would probably come about already. His greatest innovation from a purely technical standpoint is, in my opinion, the use of arrow-shaped bastions arther than round ones. Little things like that could be invented by other men piecemeal. However, when it comes to defending Louis XIV's 'natural borders' then it's an interesting question. I think the Sun King was too megalomaniacal to let go of his dream just because his fortifications weren't that great. Given that most of the forts were out of date within a few decades anyway, I don't think it would make much of a difference to French history.

Considering that those forts saw some fair service for the time that they weren't out of date (Franco-Dutch War, Nine Years' War...), I'd say that Vaubon's absence certainly would make a difference then!
