In the percentages agreement between Stalin and Churchill, Yugoslavia was agreed to be split 50/50 between east and west. So let's say Tito dies sometime during the war and the agreement goes ahead as planned with Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia forming "West Yugoslavia" and Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro forming "East Yugoslavia".

How does that change the Cold War in southern Europe?

Will the constituent parts balkanize further? Or could there be a push for unification after the cold war? I'm skeptical of the latter since the Kingdom of Yugoslavia was always Serb dominated and any post war hostilities will be out in the open rather than buried underneath "Brotherhood and Unity".
