WI: Yeltsin Removed in 1993?

What is the Russian Army sided with the Congress instead of Yeltsin and instead of storming the Supreme Soviet, stormed Yeltsin's office. How would Russia develop? Would Russia turn to dictatorship under Rutskoy or would it liberalize more than it did under Yeltsin? Could that establish a precedent for further military intervention in Russian politics? How would the West react?

The West's response would be hoping that the next guy who gets the nuclear launch codes isn't a whackjob and that none of Russia's nukes get lost in the chaos given that Russia is a house of cards. Beyond that I'm not sure. Maybe Zyuganov wins in 1996. If his policies are halfway competent we'd see economic stagnation rather than collapse as we did IOTL.
