WI:Yeltsin removed from office

In 1992, then President Boris Yeltsin of the Russian Federation was attempted to be removed from office by many in the chamber of deputies, he only survived by 72 Votes, now let's say that those 72 votes flip, and Yeltsin is removed from office, who succeeds him? What happens to Russia and the world as a whole?

You believe Yeltsin would voluntarily step down why, exactly? This is basically just a '1993 coup comes early' trigger.

They deposed Yeltsin in OTL; he bombed them.

No, he would probably be forcefully removed from office.

But what would happen if he refused to step down then?

The parliamentarians would be forcefully removed from existence. Yeltsin wouldn't be going anywhere.

(The attempted impeachment you're referencing didn't even take place in 1992, it took place in 1993 in the months before the OTL crisis. It passing would simply hasten the OTL events.)
