Truman would probably be more on guard.
But at the same time, concerns about the feasibility of the bomb, might convince him he needed soviet help against Japan.
More realistically:
- The WAllies are not willing to pay the price in dead to defeat the Germans; the USSR will continue to do most of the fighting until the end
- The WAllies are not wiling to fight the Soviets
So Stalin will "liberate" all of Europe east of Berlin and do what he wants with it. There is never a choice over this - not one with a price that the West is willing to pay. FDR mentally fudges this by pretending such questions will be settled after the war; if Trumn is unable to bs himself over what Stalin will do, he still doesn't have any option but to give in.
