WI: Xin dynasty survives

Hmmm it depends on how it survived, there's a significant idea among academia that the Xin collapsed due to its sort of radical policies from Wang Mang, who by all means forcibly pushed through a bunch of reforms that greatly angered all classes of society "supposedly".
But if he had changed his policies to mirror those of the earlier Han dynasty, it wouldn't be a uniquely new feudal dynasty, it would be like the Wei dynasty of the Three Kingdoms period, but facing much more Liu-Han loyalists springing around the country.
