WI Wladyslaw Tsar of Russia

In otl after Shuisky was defeated by the PLC in 1610 the rusian boyars had offered to crown to Wladyslaw one of Sigismund's sons in returning for becoming orthodox. Sigismund refused the offer and instead anted tot ake Russia for himself. What if he had accepted the offer. With Michael Romanov not becoming Tsar how does Russia develop under the Vasas. COuld we see a potential union of the crowns of Sweden, Poland Lithuania and Russia under one ruler

 CONFUSED  As Sigismund III Vasa's son, Władysław IV, did take the throne of Russia, as Tsar Vladislav I, of All Russia, when, aged 15, he was elected Tsar by Muscovy's aristocracy council of Seven boyars, who overthrew tsar Vasily Shuysky during the Polish-Muscovite War and Muscovy's Time of Troubles?

Sigismund III acted only as regent as his son was not of age, and wanted to convert the nation from their "heretic" Orthodox religion to the true faith of Catholicism (which would happen under any other European nation)

Władysław tried to regain the tsar's throne himself, organizing a campaign in 1616, but despite some military victories, he was unable to capture Moscow, so unless he is able to gain the Moscow in 1616 and denouce claim to the PLC throne, I cant realy see this happening
