-April 12, 2012 North Korea launches a long-range missile which succeeds beyond the testing parameters of the test
-April 13 Kim Jong Un orders subsequent launches to find out if that launch wasn’t a fluke
-May 15 After two more successful launches, the United Nations demands that North Korea immediately stops all testing of long range missiles or face restrictions
-May 30 After the fourth long range missile the U.N. severs all trade to North Korea
-May 31 Japan and South Korea fearing for the safety of their countries announce that if North Korea launches a missile and it enters either of the nations territories then both of the nations will declare war on North Korea
-June 2 The United States fearing another conflict sends diplomats to South Korea, North Korea, and Japan to possibly diffuse the situation. But all three of the nation refuse the offer, North Korea refuses to even except the diplomats
-June 28 After a few minor set backs North Korea launches its fifth and final test missile. Which after launching perfectly and following it projected trajectory goes wildly askew flying over the South Korean capital and crashing into the water of the Sea of Japan
-June 29 South Korea and Japan declare war on North Korea
-June 30 The U.N. demands that South Korea and Japan make peace with North Korea with repercussions of suspension from the U.N. South Korea and Japan both refuse
-July 2 South Korea and Japan are suspended from the U.N.
-July 8 Joint South Korean and Japanese troops push North Korean forces to within 150 miles of Pyongyang
-July 10 With fighting slowing to a stalemate but with victory in sight, South Korea and Japan offer North Korean 10 days to capitulate
-July 19 North Korean diplomats announce to the world that they will give their answer to Japan and South Korea the next day. The world thinks that this “war” might be over.
-July 20 North Korean forces attack the joint South Korean and Japanese forces with the help of Chinese military forces
-July 30 South Korea is conquered. North Korea officially changes its name to Korea
-August 31 The U.N. passes a resolution for Korea to give up all South Korean lands. Korea refuses and leaves the U.N.
-September 9 Korean and Chinese forces invade Japan
-September 17 Korean and Chinese forces control and occupy Kyushu
-November 22 Korean and Chinese forces control Kyushu, Shikoku, and the southern portion of Honshu
-December 1 Japan capitulates to Korea
