WI: Walt Disney is never born/killed before becomign an animator?

Say that Mrs. Disney complained about a headache that night, or he successfully joined the army in 1917 only to get killed in France. Who might fill the role he filled in the animation industry during the '20s, '30s and beyond?

And yes, I do not know how to spell 'becoming'.

Honestly I'm not sure anyone would fill that role.

There were plenty of brilliant animators working the Golden Age of Animation and people like Ub Iwerks and the Fleischers would have turned out very innovative animation. Disney's contribution was as a big picture (literally) visionary whose perfectionism and determination made feature length animation an achievable goal - and then only barely. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was incredibly expensive to make and it is questionable whether anyone other than Disney could or would have marshaled the resources together to do it. In OTL the Fleischers were only able to make Gulliver's Travels because Disney had shown it was possible.
