WI Visigoths completely annihilated in 395 AD?

In 395 AD Magister Militum of the West Stilicho trapped Alaric and the Visigoths in Greece and he was ready to attack and crush them...
But he was ordered by Emperor Arcadius (actually it was Rufinus who issued the orders because he had a secret deal with Visigoths) to vacate the Eastern Empire's territory... Stilicho complied and withdrew to West with his army... Rufinus's estates were spared by Visigoths when raiding in Thrace... And the Eastern Empire's army didnt move to confront Alaric under orders of Rufinus...
WI Stilicho ignored Arcadius (Rufinus actually) or the order never reached Stilicho in time? How is Alaric's defeat alters Roman History? Any thoughts?

Rufinus at the time had complete control of Eastern Empire and Arcadius... In OTL however he was assassinated 1-2 months later when eunuch Eutropius discovered his secret deals with the Visigoths and stopped his plans aboout marrying his daughter to the Emperor... (Because of that Eutropius was awarded the consulship being the first eunuch to take this post...)
Anyway if Stilicho crushed Visigoths in 395 i guess that this would lead to a much more stable Western Empire and certainly the sack of Rome in 410 would be butterflied away... I think (because of the mutual hatred between Stilicho and Rufinus) that Stilicho might have used this victory (or his armies) against Arcadius and Rufinus...

Just a thought... No Visigoths=No Sack of Rome in 410... Aetius remains useless and he is remembered as a rebel General only, a mere supporter of the usurper Johannes... Stabler administration in WRE but Huns flood the Empire since they wont have any counterweights to hold them... Any thoughts?
