So, what if the United States Marine Corps keeps an institutional focus on Bananna Wars and Rapid Response overseas After World War 2. How might this affect Korea And Vietnam? If they aren't butterflied away. Afghanistan and Iraq are butterflied away anyway.

The US would have a far rougher time in Korea. However, if the Army listened to the Marines in Vietnam, Vietnam might have been far shorter, or resolved with much less US bloodshed and possibly with an earlier VC defeat and South Vietnam may still be around...
