WI USA sold to Russia and Germany?

Instead of another USA doesn't give Russia landlease what if they just decided they would sell to everyone in the war? Russia, UK, Germany...

I initially read it as the USA selling Russia to Germany.

But it sounds like the OP means the US was strictly neutral during WWII and sold arms to everyone.

So I would assume. Well, I don't find it very plausible unless U.S. politics are significantly different from what they historically were.

If the US sells its goods on normal commercial terms (i.e cash and credit rather than just cash) America makes a lot of money, the British don't run out of money, the Soviets are able to ship their supplies via the British and the Germans get diddly due to the British blockade. Depending on if the US enter the war and how they may well make even more money out of World War 2. Of course if by everyone; including the Japanese is meant then quite possibly the US don't enter the war for a long time probably meaning the war goes on for even longer...which may mean the Americans make even more money while China gets screwed over for longer but probably does not mean the Japanese can win there.

More complex analysis rapidly runs into a cloud of butterflies.

Instead of another USA doesn't give Russia lend-lease what if they just decided they would sell to everyone in the war? Russia, UK, Germany...

What the hell are you talking about? FDR never would have given lend lease to Germany! If America had a different president, then it would isolationist and it probably wouldn't give any lend-lease. But giving lend-lease to BOTH sides is just unbelievably convoluted!

You might see some cargo submarines used for compact, highly valuable cargo from Germany. That's one way to run a blockade.

Playing both ends against the middle never ends well for the player. No side would trust the USA completely - which would keep us out of the war and give Europe to the USSR and/or Germany. (Not sure how Japan and China would turn out, either; Japanese are fierce, but China's got so many people.....)

Nothing arrives in Germany because of the Royal Navy's blockade.

Britain runs out of money in 1941 or 1942 and isn't able to buy anything. They have to agree to peace because their economy cannot afford the war effort. Afterwards, the Germans can buy from the US.

The Soviets also run out of money at some point - but at least they do have large gold reserves they inherited from the Czar, what they mined from Kolyma and other gulag camps, and what they got from Spain. I don't know the figures, so I am not sure how much they can get for how long.

None of this is in the US interests so they wouldn't have done it. However, they probably could have secured something from the Soviets early on when they were really desperate for some kind of compensation.
