Just what it it says in the title. How would history change if Tsesarevich Alexei, only son of Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra, isn't born with hemophilia? Besides the obvious fact that Rasputin wouldn't gain influence over Empress Alexandra and the Imperial Family. Would this change be enough to save the Russian Monarchy or would this change nothing? (BTW before anyone corrects me about the title, Tsesarevich is the official title of the Russian Heir. Tsarevich was just the more widely used version of it.)
