WI Tours delayed?

WI the Battle of Tours had been delayed by 2,5 or even 10 years? The Christians will eventually fight and win a Tours-esk battle, but much later than in OTL.

How would this affect Europe? The Muslims would eventually be defeated, but how far are they likely to have gone in 5 more years? How would this affect the growth of the Carlogian Empire? Earlier Crusades?

No big difference:
The Moors were decisively defeated at the Battle of Toulouse a decade before 732 and Charles Martel campaigned against them for years after Potiers, so the Battle itself was just one of many at the time.

The only difference is that Charles Martel has more time to build up his professional army, so if the battle is delayed for a few years, the Moors would not only face the excellent heavy Frankish infantry, but also the heavy cavalry that in OTL countered their own cavalry and was instrumental in the campaigns in southern France.
