WI: Total anti-Habsburg victory in the Thirty Years' War

How far could the anti-Habsburg coalition of the Thirty Years' War (Sweden, France, Catalan rebels, Portuguese rebels, Dutch Republic) carry its victories forth with a PoD after 1630?
I'd choose a PoD in either Gustav II Adolf of Sweden living longer or the Swedish winning at the Battle of Nordlingen (1634).
Could France and the Dutch partition the Spanish Netherlands?
Could Sweden estabilish a protestant league to rival the Holy Roman Empire to the south?
Could the short-lived Catalan Republic, which was supported by the french until 1659, survive, and possibly also be annexed by France?
What else happens? Could the Ottomans take advantage of Austria's weakness?

Interesting topic.

Regarding the Spanish Netherlands, the French/Dutch did have negotiations about partition later (1660s) but the Dutch decided they prefered them to remain as a buffer between the countries. Though if the issue had come up 30 years earlier, perhaps there would be a different outcome?

It would be natural, though I can't think exactly how it would be partitioned as Franco-Dutch interests could easily overlap (particularly in Flanders).

If the Swedes can overrun Vienna and possibly Munich and the Palatine I don't think there will be a "Catholic" HRE at all, GA simply establishes himself as Emperor of a Protestant Empire, which will make Westphalian HRE looks powerful in comparasion.

It was annexed by France anyways in OTL.
What else happens?
All the ecclesiastical states gets secularized, Frederick Henry gets restored in both the Palatinate and Bohemia, that retains the Bohemian Confederation groundworks

Most likely they move into Hungary, probably a more intense war with Poland, that gets wrecked by Sweden and Russia as well.

Prince Maurits of Orange was an ambitious man. He wanted and hoped to conquer the Spanish Southern Netherlands. Cutting a deal with the French for them to divide (Flemish-Walloon) the Spanish bufferzone is an option. But Maurits died in 1625 so the such plans were never considered nor an option.

This also means less support to somewhere else. The French might have to sacrifice the conquest of Catalonia (for now). Depends on what the French desire more.

The Ottoman part is difficult. Before the war started Ahmed I died (1603-1617). He died at the age of 27. His brother Mustafa I proved to be too weak to rule so his nephew Osman II (1618-1622) took the throne. So. Either Ahmed I lives longer than 1617, or Osman II attacks Vienna instead of Chotyn. If Osman II goes for Vienna, the Bohemians might be relieved for some time. Ideally Ahmed I should live longer, as he still wouldn't forget about the humilliating Treaty with the Habsburgs in 1606. His experience will help more than Osman II.
