WI three of the four Pizarro brothers die in the Siege of Cuzco?

Let's say that Hernando and Gonzalo Pizarro die during the siege of Cuzco as a result of some battle wound (and for convenience's sake, Juan also dies as in OTL fashion from being struck in the head by a stone in the siege's early days). As IOTL, the siege is lifted after ten months as Manco Inca withdraws his forces from Cuzco, leaving three of the four Pizarro brothers dead and delivering the city into Diego de Amalgro's hands.

As a consequence of this swift and sudden decimation of the Pizarro leadership, how would the Spanish power struggle to take control of Peru play out? Would the deaths of Hernando, Gonzalo, and Juan be enough to even the playing field for Amalgro?
