WI there had been a Republican vote for the healthcare bill?

Let's say that the bill recieved a Republican vote--even it's just one, or even if was just a mistake. Which member of the party would be the most likely do it assuming they did it voluntarily, if any, and what would the consequences be? Aside from the person in question being crucified?

Or, if you prefer, what circumstances on either side would lead any such thing happening if you consider it improbable?

Joseph Cao (R-LA) voted for the bill in November. He almost voted for it again this time around. His district is D+30, though, so he probably won't be reelected anyway.

He was only elected because of the fact that William "Dollar Bill" Jefferson was sent to jail in the first place.

Not much would really change, the dems would have a claim to some level of bipartisanship, but the republicans will make the same attacks.
