What if the Upper Silesians and Kaszubs(and Slovincians as well) rose up and joined the Duchy of Warsaw created by Napoleon in the Napoleonic wars, what would be the consequences of this after the Napoleonic Wars or an ATL Congress of Vienna?

Silesian uprising would have been rather impropable, IMHO. I never heard about any organized, pro-Polish movement in Silesia in early 1800s. Kashubians, or rather people of Polish Pomerania - that is somewhat more likely, since they used to be part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. But Silesia? I do not think so. Not to mention the fact that Austria also had claims to Silesia, and after Napoleon married Marie Louise he had more sympathy to Austria.
