WI: the Upper Silesians and the Kaszubs joined the Duchy of Warsaw

What if the Upper Silesians and Kaszubs(and Slovincians as well) rose up and joined the Duchy of Warsaw created by Napoleon in the Napoleonic wars, what would be the consequences of this after the Napoleonic Wars or an ATL Congress of Vienna?

Reverted to Prussia if Napoleon still defeated.
Revered to Prussia if Napoleon is slightly victorious.
Part of Poland if Napoleon really victorious.

Silesian uprising would have been rather impropable, IMHO. I never heard about any organized, pro-Polish movement in Silesia in early 1800s. Kashubians, or rather people of Polish Pomerania - that is somewhat more likely, since they used to be part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. But Silesia? I do not think so.

Not to mention the fact that Austria also had claims to Silesia, and after Napoleon married Marie Louise he had more sympathy to Austria.

But aren't the Polish/Slavic speaking Silesians not in good terms with the Prussian government that some of them migrated to America..

That because Prussians tried to Germanize them. Austrians were much more tolerant in that matter, AFAIK, as long you were loyal to the Emperor. Silesians might have had better memories about Austrian rule and they were not part of Poland for centuries.
If you want to make Eastern Pomerania and Silesia part of Duchy of Warsaw, find a way to make Napoleon extremely pissed off with Prussia (not so hard - WI his brother was killed by a Prussian, Jerome, e.g.) and Russia less willing to support Prussia (Alexander I suddenly dies and Constantine takes over or something like that). Napoleon might decide to dismember Prussia, gives Pomerania back to reborn Poland and divides Silesia between Poland and Austria (Austria gets lower Silesia as compensation for Galicia returned to Poland). Former Grand Duchy of Lithuania remains Russian.
