Wi the Spanish do not Intervene in the French Wars of Religion

So lets say that while ccupieng the Netherlands Philip doesn't split his army in half to fight Henry in France. Could this be a possibility.
WI instead the French stayed completely out of the French wars of religion. How would they have turned out and affected Spain.

On top of that what would the ramifications be for Spain in the Netherlands?

This seems extremly hard to do.

France was the ennemy N°1 of Spain geopolitical ambitions since the XVth century and the Italian wars. While Spain managed to hold the territories around it (Naples, Netherlands, Franche-Comte, etc.), France is still a demographical behemoth, and Valois tend to intervene would it be only to piss Habsburgs. (As the masterwork of diplomatic trolling that's the alliance with Turks)

It's why Spain tried at least to contend the kingdom, preventing it to expand (straight conquest proven quite costly and hard), and critically to prevent alliances between Valois and foes of Spain.

Valois prooving not being too much interested into favoring a pro-Catholic faction both favourable to Spain (seen as the champion of catholics interests) and opposed to royal political hegemony (being led by great nobles), and more tying ties with possibles ennemies (England, Netherland), not intervening would have meant at the very last a mandatory intervention happening later, when the danger would have clearly precised.

Better intervening preventivly.
