The SNES-NDD was a device to be made by Nintendo, Philips, AND Sony. (It came out of an October 1992 plan between the 3)

It uses a 32-bit co-CPU RISC @ 21.477 MHz, 8 Mbit of RAM, can display 16.7 Million colors, and is CD-i compatible.

What if the device was released in 1994 (like planned) or earlier?

(You can read more here: Console Database - SNES CD-ROM)

Personally I'd like to see how the rest of the fourth generation would play out and if SEGA would still release the 32X, or some form of it.

When i Always invite you to read Player Two Start and it's sequel Massive Multiplayer, that did not fullifly the POD as that is far different even if direct to that one.

Let's say All Three decided to work together(already in motion and better that doing something rude in public), the raw power od that is the same one we used for our and put it roughly the same league as 3DO just with less capacities at they still depend of SNES PPU(who is a beast) but still is a very nice piece of hardware, and that allow give chance to nintendo to matured the n64...

Sega killed itself maybe it will hasted both 32X and Saturn but without Sony the saturn might have a chance to life and maybe sega do something to it...just to be clobbere by ITTL N64 or if sony later goes solo too.

Maybe the 3DO will try something?
